The ERP Services Section provides BAU and project-level support for the SDO SAP system as well as third-level technical support for its client agencies and their users.

As a member of the SAP Security & Access team, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support to the SDO and its client agencies.
You will contribute to audit, controls, and compliance activities, ensuring accurate responses within specified timeframes.
In this role, you will have opportunities to contribute to service and process improvements as well as contribute to key deliverables of new and enhanced functionality for the SDO and its clients.
