Softline is hiring an Inside Sales Representative who's successfully worked in a quota-driven environment and is ready for a new opportunity. In this role, you'll foster relationships with prospects to identify, develop, and close new business and expand revenue with Small to Medium sized customers.

What you'll do :
• To prepare the MIS on Vendor & admin data management and maintain the same
• Updating of Vendor Master maintenance
• Payment and follow ups on Vendor Invoices
• Discipline that enables organizations to control costs, drive service excellence and mitigate
• Risks to gain increased value from Vendors
• Process evaluation and selecting best Vendor with minimum cost
• Contract agreements renewal as when required
• Submitting vendor invoice internally & handling interstate logistics
• Managing the good working relationship with Vendors
• Analyzing the quotation on the basis of quality, price and other terms and conditions.
• Sending the Purchase Order to dealers.
• Co-ordinate with the accounts team for the payments to dealers.
