Job Description
2) Ensuring goods are delivered on time and within delivery schedules;
3) Liaison with customers and suppliers by email, face-to-face and over the phone;
4) Negotiation with suppliers;
5) Identification of new suppliers and development of relationships with them;
6) Inventory control and stock take;
7) Managing and processing claims to/from suppliers including returning goods;
8) Authorize suppliers’ invoices after goods receipt and invoice matching;
9) Monitoring and updating data in the company’s purchasing system;
10) Daily and weekly reporting & General administration support.
Job Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably relevant to purchasing;
2) Excellent written and spoken skills;
3) Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel etc…);
