As a Tech Product Owner, you will serve as the primary leader for both commercial and internal products, bridging the gap between business, user experience, and technology to effectively meet customer and end-user needs. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of products, from initial definition and planning through to production, release, and retirement. In particular, you will focus on commercialization and go-to-market strategies for commercial offerings while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Your role will prioritize building substantial relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also develop your personal brand, deepen your technical expertise, and enhance your leadership skills. As you navigate complex situations, you will learn to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, ensuring quality outcomes. You will thrive in ambiguous situations, leveraging them as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
The Opportunity

As a Senior Associate, you will lead requirement gathering, stakeholder dialogue, and product release planning, while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Responsibilities
• Lead engagement with stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements.
• Plan and execute product release schedules efficiently.
• Analyze market trends to inform and guide product decisions.
What You Must Have
• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in related roles.
What Sets You Apart
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Studies, or Computer Science preferred.
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is advantageous.
• Proven proficiency in requirement gathering and analysis.
• Experience in managing product backlogs aligning with strategic goals.
• Ability to author clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven skills in fostering stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Experience leading sprint reviews to gather stakeholder feedback.
• Contributed to product vision and roadmap development.
• Analysis of product performance for ongoing improvements.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the range is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
