We are seeking a skilled Python Subject Matter Expert (SME) to create technical assessments and conduct interviews for evaluating candidates' Python skills. The assessments should cover various topics, including core Python, algorithms, data structures, and advanced Python concepts.
Responsibilities:
Develop coding assessments (both multiple-choice questions and hands-on coding challenges).
Create interview questions that assess both theoretical knowledge and practical coding skills.
Conduct live technical interviews with candidates via video call, evaluating their Python programming skills and approach to problem-solving.
Provide detailed feedback on candidates’ performance and recommend action steps.
Ensure assessments and interviews reflect real-world scenarios and test comprehensive knowledge of Python.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Python development.
