Job Title: QMS / QC Head

Position Overview:
The QMS / QC Head will be responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Control (QC) functions across the organization. The role ensures compliance with national and international quality standards, drives process excellence, and maintains high product quality to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System in line with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits, coordinate certification processes, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Establish quality policies, SOPs, work instructions, and quality objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive root cause analysis using quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, and 8D methodology.
• Collaborate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Sales departments to ensure quality compliance at every stage.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct failure analysis, and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation.
• Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and maintain proper quality records and documentation.
• Train employees on QMS procedures, quality awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
• Prepare and present monthly quality reports to top management with actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in Quality Management within the manufacturing sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards, audit procedures, and statistical quality control.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
