Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Qualified Professional at S Khaitan & Associates. The candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research on GST, drafting replies and collaborating with team members. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, maintaining client relations, and executing strategic initiatives. This is an on-site role located in Kolkata.
Job Description
Ø Drafting replies to various correspondences and notices issued by the GST Department
Ø Representation before the Departmental authorities
Ø Drafting and Filing of Appeals and Opinions
Ø Review of GST Monthly returns and reviewing GST Reconciliations
Ø Reviewing of GST Annual Return and Reconciliation statement
Ø Applying for GST Refunds by preparation of relevant annexures
Ø Preparation of various MIS reports as required from time to time
Ø Other ancillary assignments that may arise from time to time
Qualifications
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in GST practical framework and laws
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership and mentorship abilities
• Client relationship management skills
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
