Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in IT/BPO/KPO industry (e-publishing experience would be preferred)

Specific Requirements
• Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
• Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in IT/BPO/KPO industry (e-publishing experience would be preferred)
• Technical Skill: Sound Knowledge of HTML, XML & DTD; Good knowledge of MS Office
• Soft Skills: Good Communication skills (written and verbal), strong analytical & logical reasoning ability. Coordination and Inter-personal skills
• Understand business requirements and translate those into deliverable
• Additional requirement: PDF knowledge (Adobe InDesign)/Image processing

Job Responsibilities
• Responding and managing solution for the complaints filed in QIRA system by different Springer user group
• Tracking of request received, investigating and providing resolution to the user
• Investigating the root cause of problems and recording it for future reference
• Explaining the complexity/process involved in handing those complaints to project stakeholders through email/call
• Coordinating with external vendors, other technical group and production editors to resolve issues
• Attending conference call with business partners to discuss issue/suggestion/progress
• Working on XML QC project to suggest improvements to the development team
