Job description
About the job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical quality auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions across various channels, ensuring service quality, and driving continuous improvement in customer experience. This role involves close collaboration with agents, trainers, and leadership teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
1. Monitor calls, emails, chats, and texts to evaluate customer interactions
2. Assess agent performance using quality guidelines and scoring systems
3. Document audit findings and suggest improvements
4. Provide constructive feedback to agents
5. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
6. Help develop and maintain quality standards and rubrics
7. Participate in calibration sessions with the team and clients
8. Support training for new and existing agents on QA processes
+. Prepare and present audit reports to management
10. Conduct regular huddles, one-on-one feedback, and coaching sessions
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a quality assurance or similar role within a customer service environment
2. Strong analytical, listening, and observational skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
4. Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
5. Proficiency in using QA tools and reporting systems
6. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
