We are looking for a QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN to join our Phoenix, AZ plant. As a Quality Control Technician with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for ensuring quality control of batching, mixing, and delivering high-quality ready-mixed concrete that meets project specifications and customer expectations. This role requires travel to monitor quality standards and perform testing.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

Perform QC tests (air content, slump/workability, coarseness/sandiness, yield, set time, water-cement ratio, strength).
Calibrate production and testing equipment.
Sample and test raw materials for specification compliance.
Record and communicate test results to dispatch, batch personnel, and customers.
Troubleshoot fresh and hardened concrete to identify quality issues.
About You

We Require:

A high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of 1–year of QC experience within a construction, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Good organizational and math skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
