Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Mode: Work-from-Home + Client Visits (Gujarat & Nearby States)
Salary: ₹35,000–₹60,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support our clients across Gujarat and nearby states. The role involves extensive travel within Gujarat and occasional visits to adjoining states as per client requirements. When not travelling, the candidate will work from home and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Visit client sites across Gujarat and nearby states to resolve product quality issues.
Conduct on-site inspections, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal quality and production teams for timely resolution.
Maintain quality reports, visit reports, and related documentation.
Provide technical support and basic product training to clients when required.
Key Requirements
Mandatory experience in the solar module / encapsulant industry.
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and adjoining states.
Strong understanding of quality standards and quality processes.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Educational background in Physics, Inorganic Chemistry, or Polymers (M.Sc. preferred) will be an added advantage.
Work Mode
Work-from-Home when not on client visits.
Field travel as per client and business requirements.
