We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Executive to support and enhance our organization's quality framework. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will ensure quality compliance across departments and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 13485 standards.
· Develop, review, and control quality documents, including SOPs, manuals, work instructions, and records.
· Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance with established procedures and standards.
· Identify gaps and non-conformities and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
· Coordinate external audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation and processes are audit-ready.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate quality trends and recommend improvements.
· Support cross-functional teams in quality-related initiatives and ensure adherence to QMS protocols.
· Maintain audit reports, risk assessments, change controls, and training records.
· Train and guide staff on QMS procedures, regulatory updates, and continuous improvement practices.
· Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and assist in customer audits when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in QMS, preferably in a regulated industry.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable quality standards.
· Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in handling audits, CAPA, and quality documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
