We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and execute the sensory quality program at our Wiri site in Manukau. In this role, you’ll help ensure product integrity and consumer satisfaction through robust sensory evaluation practices. While the focus is primarily on sensory operations, you’ll also contribute to quality‑related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’re someone who enjoys problem‑solving, navigating ambiguity, and approaching challenges with positivity. You thrive in a close‑knit team within a global organisation and feel confident working autonomously across Quality and supply chain.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience leading sensory programs and championing best practice
Expertise supporting quality and project work, including quality improvement initiatives
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Experience in project governance and project management
The ability to deliver sensory training programmes
An understanding of HACCP and food safety principles, with exposure to sensory software
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
You’ll enjoy the pace of a dynamic business, be highly organised, and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
