Job Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Gravity-Diver based in South Delhi. The Gravity-Diver will oversee mechanical operations related to renewable energy infrastructure, implement testing protocols, and ensure system sustainability. Other responsibilities include supervising equipment installation and maintenance, conducting performance analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize energy systems and support project success is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in mechanical processes, system testing, and installation techniques
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and related technologies
• Experience in operations and maintenance of energy systems, with a focus on sustainability
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and conduct operational assessments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in the energy sector
• Experience in the renewable energy industry or with utility & C&I projects is a plus
