Role Description
This is an internship role for a Quick Commerce Operations Executive, based on-site in New Delhi. The candidate will oversee the smooth functioning of operational processes and ensure timely coordination with logistics partners to fulfill customer orders efficiently. The responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, tracking deliveries, interacting with customers to resolve concerns, maintaining records, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
