We're seeking a highly motivated individual on US Payroll/Accounts support with at least 3-4-years of experience. He/She will be responsible for producing the company's monthly business review, including monthly financial results by causes of change (i.e., variance analyses) for actual results as compared to budget and last year. They will also be responsible for completing the monthly G&A expense review process. The employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Job Duties and Responsibilities Transactional Activities • Transaction/Data Entry • Invoices (Customer & Vendor) • Bank transactions • Bill Pay • Invoicing • Payroll processing • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Closing Entries • Review financials • Top-down budgeting • Adjustment Entry Preparation • Financial Statement Preparation Reconciliation Reporting • Bank Accounts • Credit Cards • Customer Invoices • Collections • Vendor Invoices • Payments • Payroll • Auditing, US GAAP, and Payroll • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations Education and Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree required; Accounting/Finance/ preferred • Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate accounting • Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen • Detail-oriented professional • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexible, orientation coupled with solid multi-tasking abilities • High energy level; strong work ethic • Prior Experience with QuickBooks Competencies • Payroll Processing ADP/Paycheck • Microsoft Excel advanced level in data connections and formulas (including macros, pivot tables, and • lookups) • Financial Management
