$79,684 to $85,709 (dependant on experience)

About the role:

Our Rates Officer will assist in maintaining the City’s rating records accurately and efficiently and provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers. You will work closely with the team to assist in achieving the Team’s goals and objectives.

Well developed computer and Microsoft software skills.
High level of numeracy, clerical and bookkeeping skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Time management and organisation skills.
Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn new tasks/duties.
Pre-employment requirements:

Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
National Police Clearance (less than six months old).
Proof of right to work in Australia.
Pre-employment medical (arranged and paid for by the City).
