Job Title: R& D Executive
Job description
Responsible for end to end product development in Agri Biotech sector. Responsible for managing the team for the product development, planning, executing the same.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Research and development of new products for Agriculture and allied sector.
2. Hands on skills in molecular biology (SDS PAGE), and microbiology techniques.(Screening,characterization, maintenance and preservation techniques).
3. Bio prospecting of novel microbes with potential for industrialization and commercialization as Bio-inputs.
4. Process scale up and optimization of Biologicals (Upstream and downstream process)
5. Maintenance of laboratory records, data analysis and interpretation, preparation of presentation, project reports and inventory maintenance.
6. Candidate should be a good team player coordinating with Admin and Production departments.
7. Candidate should have overall exposure to a quality control laboratory for better control over product manufacturing quality, and research work on new formulas for product improvements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain smooth operations.
Eligibility:
· Only B.Tech Biotechnology /M.Sc. Microbiology ,Mphil degree completed candidates with two years of experience are preferrable
· Covid-1+ Double vaccinated
Desirable:
Thesis or work experience in Bacillus thuringiensis fermentations.
