Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Accountant located in Bengaluru. As a Real Estate Accountant with Jobsinaday Consultancy, you will handle the bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting for our real estate clients, including property management, real estate investments, and property development. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, conducting audits and financial analyses, and communicating financial information to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate accounting, including property management, real estate investments, and property development
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and financial reporting systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel QuickBooks, and other accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred
