Utilize multilingual or bilingual communication skills to engage diverse clients and stakeholders effectively.
Ensure all administrative documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal updates impacting real estate acquisitions.
Experience
Proven experience in real estate acquisition or sales within a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful deal closures.
Knowledge of marketing techniques used in real estate prospecting.
Familiarity with property management operations and administrative processes related to real estate transactions.
Understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and local zoning laws.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
Experience working within customer service-oriented roles that require organizational skills and attention to detail.
