Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Advisor at NR APANA REALITIES, located in Nagpur. The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks will include property listings, client meetings, property visits, and negotiation processes. The advisor will also provide market insights and conduct property evaluations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to coach and provide Training to clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
• Valid real estate license is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is advantageous
