Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct two open houses weekly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Be able to quickly work with provided leads (including realtor.com, Dave Ramsey, 72Sold and more)
Qualifications
Driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
Great at connecting with people, listening, and understanding their needs
Experienced in finding and generating leads
Confident in handling objections smoothly
Outstanding communicator who loves providing excellent service
Enjoys working as part of a team
Holds a valid real estate license
At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong in both written and spoken communication
Super organized
Open to learning and using scripts and dialogues
Excellent at managing time
