Key Responsibilities
Client Representation: Act as an intermediary for buyers, sellers, or renters to negotiate terms and finalize deals.
Marketing & Listing: Promote properties via listing services, social media, and networking to generate leads.
Showings & Open Houses: Organize, advertise, and conduct property tours for prospective clients.
Market Analysis: Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and fair pricing.
Documentation & Closing: Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts and deeds, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Licensure: Must hold a valid state-specific real estate license.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Networking: Ability to build a strong professional network and generate leads.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and real estate software.
Knowledge: Understanding of local property laws, zoning regulations, and market trends
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
