Job Description
You will be responsible for monitoring the condition of buildings, structures, plant, and equipment, managing health and safety, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building requirements. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of property management functions, including maintenance, sustainability, procurement, contractor management, budgeting, safety, and compliance.
Strong administration skills are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate processes, generating reports, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to address their needs and ensure seamless operations.
