Job Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our agents with daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in real estate and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Students MUST currently enrolled in real estate courses.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to real estate agents
Schedule showings, appointments, and client meetings
Prepare MLS listings, agreements, and marketing materials
Manage CRM systems and client follow-ups
Assist with social media and online marketing
Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other parties
Valid Driver's License
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel
Available for Weekend for Open Houses
Assist Walk-In Customers
Visit the neighborhood
Qualifications

Completed at least 4 exams in the Humber Real Estate Program, or currently licensed
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and attention to detail
Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Experience with MLS or CRM systems is an asset
Compensation

Hourly or salary (based on experience)
