Jackson Law Group, a growing Roswell-based law firm, is seeking a Closing Assistant responsible for assisting and supporting attorneys within the Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a Legal Assistant with prior real estate experience in a law firm or similar setting. Must have strong organizational, clerical and writing skills. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other closing software.
Overall Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Provide administrative support to Real Estate staff;
• Communicate effectively with Buyers, Sellers, Agents and other parties to real estate transactions;
• Prepare documents for signature; and
• Uploading and downloading documents to and from third-party sites.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientated;
• Strong ability to problem solve;
• Quality control and detail oriented;
• Excellent PDF skills;
• Proficient in navigating through entire Microsoft Office Suite; and
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• At least 1 year of prior experience.
Hours:
· Full-time; M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
