Job Summary
David A. Howard, Attorneys at Law is a small, boutique law firm located in McDonough, GA. We are looking to hire an experienced, hardworking, motivated,and organized full time real estate closer/closing secretary. This job requires extensive knowledge of Land Tech software, great customer service skills, and ability to multitask. Experience is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
2 years experience processing real estate closing files utilizing Landtech (HUD & CFPB Modules) preferred, willing to train the right candidate as well.
Able to work in a fast paced environment with a positive and upbeat attitude
Able to multi task to complete various tasks required
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
Team player that can work effectively with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, closers and other team members. Computer savvy and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Must work some extended hours at month end as needed
Job Type: Full-time
