Fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate to join a nationally regarded Real Estate team, who carries out a full range of commercial property work for its health, social care and other clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors.
Experience with in the healthcare sector is not essential, and as the role would also involve working as part of the Healthcare Projects Team, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience of complex, public sector infrastructure projects, as well as some construction matters. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload, as well as working closely with the partners and other senior members of the team on business development opportunities.
This new role has come about through expansion, as the work has continued to flow in at a steady rate over many years. This is a financially robust firm, having posted year on year growth.
If at the junior level, ongoing training and support is a given. Several of the team are Chambers' rated, giving you the opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, exceptional individuals. You will be trained to the highest standard, such that lawyers from this firm are deemed some of the most valuable in the Healthcare market.
The route to their success within the team, ensuring they employ the best available, is to have some lawyers who work remotely. They are not hampered in their growth by being limited to local talent only. Their lawyers have joined from similarly top rated teams, as well as smaller firms - with one things in common.... they all love their work!
