· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
. Working knowledge of Teraview and Unity

Duties:
· Handle general administration of real estate transactions
· All Document preparation and management - related to real estate transactions
· Deal with banking and financial institutions - related to real estate matters
· Work on multiple matters simultaneously and often with short timelines
· Preparing routine correspondence (Fax & email)
· Administrative support, including billing
· Document preparation and editing
· File preparation- organize and maintain files
· Assist with scheduling appointments
· Other duties as assigned
