SALARY: Circa £50,000 plus
THE ROLE:
Due to the ongoing success of the Legal 500 rated commercial property team of this regional practice, they have identified the need for an additional Commercial Property Lawyer to undertake a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, the buying and selling of commercial properties as well property development matters. If you’re looking to join a growing team and deal with a varied caseload of general commercial property matters as well as development work then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
THE CANDIDATE:
The employed Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have experience in handling all types of commercial property work including landlord and tenant matters, leases, acquisition and disposal. As the newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will have a strong commercial approach and be able to provide advice to a broad client base. With exceptional business development skills along with the capability to work well within a team you will be technically excellent across all areas of commercial property law.
