Role: Real Estate Lawyer
Location: London
Salary: From: £110,000 + Bonus

A leading international law firm is seeking a skilled associate to join its prestigious real estate team in London. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE with substantial experience in commercial real estate, including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord/tenant matters, and asset management. Experience in development projects is an advantage.

You will work on complex transactions for demanding clients, including major property companies, institutional investors, and developers. The role requires the ability to manage transactions independently, respond swiftly to client needs, and lead negotiations effectively.

The firm offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, alongside excellent opportunities for career progression. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, an interest in client development, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
