Job Description
- Conducting Due Diligence for land parcels situated in the States of Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. The said task will require the candidate to be aware of various building compliances as required in the said States; - Capable of independently conducting encumbrance verifications at the Sub-Registrar Offices, Tehsil Offices, etc.; - Ability to ensure registration of documents at the Sub-Registrar's Office and being aware of the whole process; - Thorough knowledge of Land laws, including but not limited to, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act; - Drafting, vetting and negotiation of Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds (both residential and commercial), Relinquishment Deeds, Will, Gift Deeds, Maintenance Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, NDA's etc. - Ability to understand vernacular documents (e.g. jamabandi, intakal, etc.) procured from Tehsil Offices; - Drafting and vetting of various commercial agreements relating to appointment of Vendors, Consultants, Software License Agreement, Barter Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Distributor Agreement, etc. - Proficient in drafting opinions on various topics and queries; - Knowledge of current ASCI regulations over advertisements, including but not limited to, regulations related to Crypto Currency, Pan Masala, Surrogate Advertising and Online Betting Portal Advertisement; - Advising Clients on various issues arising out of RERA Act. The candidate should have experience in drafting of RERA compliant Agreement for Sale.
