Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Litigation Paralegal
Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited school or university
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent research skills and attention to detail
Must have a strong understanding of real estate closings, contract of sale, reviewing title reports, clearing title issues, preparing and responding to disclosure demands, and preparing motions
Strong understanding of state and federal court rules, calendaring, e-filing, and trial procedures

Responsibilities
• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post trial. Ascertaining calendaring and deadline management.
