Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings and presentations with developers, investors, and HNI buyers.
Present land investment opportunities, including industrial land, resort land, and developer land banks.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure.
Coordinate site visits and negotiations to finalize transactions.Build long-term relationships with B2B investors and developer networks.
Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets.
Preferred Profile:
3–10 year of experience in real estate or investment sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle client meetings and deal structuring independently.
