You will oversee property inspections, identify potential concerns, and implement solutions. You will coordinate vendor scopes, prepare contacts, and ensure timely submission of required information. In addition, you will review and resolve tenant receivable issues, assess defaults and lease penalties, and support accounting with annual reconciliations and tenant billings.
