Compensation:
$124,500 - $192,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
Participate in mentorship and ongoing training programs to sharpen your skills
Shadow experienced agents and assist in showings, listing appointments, and open houses
Engage in lead generation activities to attract buyers and sellers
Provide follow-up and customer service to leads and clients
Update client records and transactions in the database system
Qualifications:
Real estate license or active steps toward obtaining one
Coachable with a growth mindset and desire to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dependable with reliable transportation
Energetic personality with a passion for people and property
