Sales Manager:
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Work on sales scripts with agents.
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
Pre Sales
• responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
