Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep clients informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Assist clients with documentation, booking, and closing processes

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
