Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer/Drone Operator and Content Creator to join our team at Jeffery Group Real Estate!
As our in-house videographer & photographer you will help showcase our listings and carry-out the following duties as part of our marketing strategy:
Capture and edit photos/video footage of each listing including aerial drone footage & the surrounding community
Upload all listing images & compiled video to dedicated listing website
Working with our Real Estate Sales Team and Marketing Manager you will help us brainstorm and develop topics & trending video ideas for our YouTube Channel, social media platforms & podcast
Film and edit various content for YouTube and social media channels
Film and edit footage of our new real estate podcast for YouTube and social media channels
Please note: you will not be responsible for posting nor uploading footage to our social media channels.
Successful Candidates will:
Have their own equipment (Tripod, Camera, Lenses, Gimbal, Drone) with access to our in-house equipment if required
Be a proficient drone operator
Minimum 2+ years prior experience in real estate photography/videography
Be proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc.)
Be proficient in photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom etc.)
Knowledgeable of editing and format requirements to disperse video footage across different platforms YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
Have experience with Adobe After Effects is an asset but not required
Be located in the GTA (please do not apply if you are not based in the area)
Valid driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the GTA to each listing (Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Halton Hills, Brampton, Erin, Rockwood, Caledon)
Be fluent in English
Have high-level of professionalism
The ability to manage multiple listings at once in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work independently and as a team
Applicants will be required to submit a portfolio and examples of previous work as well as references.
Full- time, Contract Role
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience
