Description

In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams. This is a target-driven role that will contribute to new business revenue for the company.

The marketing team will run lead generation campaigns and the leads will be passed to the caller/sales team for conversions.
Responsibilities
• Efficient calling. Ensure all leads are called and attended to within the shortest span of time.
• Understand all the leads' needs, problems or wants.
• Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
• Up-sell when appropriate.
• Follow up in a precise and systematic manner with hot leads.
• Identify buyer persona profiles.
• Minimize lead leakages.
• Prepare and present reports on the statuses of the calls.
• Attend sales educational events and seminars.
• Develop and maintain the leads database.
• Market research and testing in new and growing markets.
Customer care executive requirements and qualifications
• 2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Softspoken, Excellent communication oral skills. Fluency in English, Hindi.
• Quick learner, Team player.
• Good knowledge of telemarketing.
• Can do attitude and pleasing personality
