We’re currently seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. This role is more than just answering phones — it's an opportunity to set the tone for client interactions, support a dedicated legal team, and be an essential part of a well-established practice known for compassion and excellence.

Job Duties:
Greet clients, vendors, visitors, and great customers services.
Answering multiple incoming phone calls from clients and route to case manager, attorneys and/or management.
Processing incoming mail including medical records and legal documents.
Writing and processing documents to be mailed out.
Must be able to successfully multi-task.

Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).
Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
Must pass a pre-employment screening.
The candidate must have 1-year of experience as a receptionist.
Great customer service.
Have excellent phone and people skills.
Must have attention to detail and good time management.
Must be a team player and work well with others.
Must be professional at all times, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask.

Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Rate rate between 15.00 and 20.00 -(DOE).
1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
2 weeks paid vacation after one year.
3 weeks of paid vacation after two years.
6 paid personal/sick days per year.
6 federal holidays off per year.
$50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
Dental and Vision insurance are paid in full by the firm.
Health benefits are available on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
