About Company:
Sidhakala Group of Industries founded in 1++7 is a press components, press toolings and welded assemblies manufacturing company. It comprises of two main units: Sidhakala Engineers (Bhosari plant); Sidhakala Industries (Chakan plant)
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
● Bachelor Degree (Any)
● Fast Typing Speed. Proficiency in English Writing and Speaking.
● Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office, register their entries. Contact the necessary persons for attending guests.
• Make arrangements for scheduled guests meetings in the meeting room.
• Plan, order, monitor, document stationary required for everyone. Maintain inventory levels of stationary. Issue to employees when required.
• Update all boards with every day information data, also update notice boards with necessary notices.
• Monitor manpower attendance daily. Maintain manpower count as allocated. Check mis-punches of attendance daily and update the same in system.
• Data Entry of all attendance related modules in Software and Shift Planning.
• Arrange manpower by informing the contractors with help of HR.
• Carry out and update all necessary joining documents for new employees.
• Help HR with all necessary Admin related activities and documentation
• Plan and monitor security and housekeeping related availability and duties.
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
