Reconciliation Specialist Oracle (WFH)
A highly skilled Reconciliation Specialist is required to join our team at AimLeap.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily incoming payments from buyers against open receivables using internal tools and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial recordkeeping.
• Investigate and resolve payment mismatches and unidentified transactions, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Issue invoices and credit notes to buyers as per process guidelines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision.
• Collaborate with internal Operations and Finance teams to clarify discrepancies, fostering effective communication and teamwork in a remote setup.
• Occasionally interact with external clients to resolve reconciliation-related queries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Support month-end reconciliation and reporting activities, ensuring timely completion and submission of reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Payment Reconciliation, showcasing expertise in financial recordkeeping and reconciliation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems, including Oracle EBS/Cloud, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work between 11:00 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST, aligning with CET business hours and meeting the needs of our global client base.
