We are seeking a casual recruiter, to assist us with fluctuating recruitment demands. Recruitment tasks will include:
· advertising positions for recruitment;
· phone screening candidates;
· drafting phone screen reports for clients;
· scheduling interviews;
· conducting interviews;
· drafting candidate profiles;
· conducting reference checks;
· notifying unsuccessful candidates; and
· performing all other duties as required.
General skills and abilities required
· Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
· 3 years or more recruitment experience
· Committed to delivering excellent service
· Experience working in a small team
· Good written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
