Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in the Recruitment or Talent acquisition field.
- Minimum education criteria: Bachelor's in business administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Recruiter, Naukri India, Naukri Gulf or any other recruitment software.
- Building Networks: Ability to establish and maintain a network of potential candidates through professional associations.
- Any human resources/recruitment certifications will be appreciated. (optional)
