Responsibilities
Review & analyse resumes using online employment forums namely naukri , linkedin & other social media networks.
Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
Interview potential staff members using industry-standard techniques.
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
Complete all exit formalities with candidates at the time of leaving.
Collect daily timesheets & prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Requirements
Proficient in recruitment tools- Naukri & linkedin must.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good networking skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Prior experience in hiring in rural areas preferably in the Finance sector preferred
