Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Godarainfratech and Power Industries located in Barmer. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Certifications in HR or Recruitment are a plus
