Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and innovative approaches to candidate attraction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
