raised by them to strategize hiring activities
Ensuring high rate of quality conversion, problem solving to ensure quick turn arounds
Solution oriented approach to engage stakeholders, and external vendors
Maintaining recruitment MIS on lateral hires on an ongoing basis
Maintaining resume database, candidate feedbacks and other important information on all
candidates shortlisted and interviewed through Taleo
Conducting Recruitment Drives, Walk-ins and Personal Interview
End to end ownership and governance of recruitment process
HRIS/ Taleo:
Using Taleo for creation of new job requisitions and keeping the data clean
Adopting to tools to enable interview scheduling and collation of interview feedback
