Experience: 1-3 Years
Employment & Education Requirements:
Experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition function in IT/ NON IT industry ·Hands-on experience in full recruiting lifecycle components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management, and reference checks.
Should have handled medium to high volume hiring numbers.
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, & procedures and clear communication skills.
